Various performances of plastic and metal wire cloth edges
Synthetic edges
All our plastic wire cloth have heat cut, sealed edges to prevent fraying. It is possible to impregnate the edges with a soft resin (thickness and width are variable).
Stroke back edges (metal wire cloth)
The most simple manner to secure a metal wire cloth against fraying. Two or three warp wires are pulled away and the weft wires are stroked back against the running direction.
Welded bead edges
Every weft wire of the cloth is provided on both sides with a welding bead to prevent the fraying of the warp wires.
